What our prices include:
- Overnight stay and breakfast with rich sweet and savory buffet from 8 am to 10:30 am;
- Daily room cleaning (except kitchen in family rooms) with linen change;
- Uncovered parking. Covered parking subject to availability;
- Wi-Fi Internet;
- Entrance to the “Edone’ SPA” wellness center from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; Access to the SPA for children under 14 years of age is prohibited.
- Courtesy set;
- Bathrobe and spa towel for adults. Change of bathrobe and towel upon request, at a cost of €5.00 each; Slippers upon request;
- Mountain bikes subject to availability;
- Trentino Guest Card;
- 10% discount on various restaurants and pizzerias in the area, both lunch and dinner.
Tourist tax excluded equal to Euro 2.50 per person per day to be paid on site, for a maximum of 10 nights. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.
Unused services are not refunded.
Family Rooms are equipped with kitchens with electric ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans and cutlery. There is a minimum stay of 5 nights for the use of the kitchen and an additional daily charge of € 10.00. There is also a charge of € 30.00 for final cleaning.
For weekly minimum stay of 7 nights (excluding high season periods) we reserve a special price for you.
GENERAL CONDITIONS, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival our rooms are available to you from 2 pm. In case you arrive after 8:00 pm please inform us in advance. On the day of departure please leave your room no later than 10:30 am. Availability permitting a check-out at later times can be arranged for an additional charge.
In case of early departure or late arrival 100% of the booked period will be charged.
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION – DEPOSIT
Reservations are confirmed after receipt of a deposit. The deposit is 30% of the amount of the stay and must be paid within 3 working days after confirmation by email; if the transfer is not made within 3 days, we reserve the right to consider the reservation void.
SENDING DEPOSIT
The deposit can be sent by bank transfer in the name of PARADISI SRL stating as subject “deposit payment” adding the last name with which the reservation was made:

or by credit card: in this case we will send you a withdrawal authorization form to fill out, sign and return to the sender by e-mail or fax.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
Any reservation cancellation must be communicated in writing. For cancellations or changes made up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, no charge will be made. A cancellation fee of 30% of the total stay is required for cancellations or changes from 29 days before the arrival date. In case of no show, late arrival or early departure 100% of the booked stay.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by cash, Pos, Credit Card (Visa, Maestro and Mastercard).
PETS NOT ALLOWED.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL.
