What our prices include:

- 10% discount on various restaurants and pizzerias in the area, both lunch and dinner.
SUPPLEMENTS
- Tourist tax of € 2.50 per person, per day to be paid locally, for a maximum of 10 nights. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.
- Final cleaning of the kitchen at € 30.00;
- Use of crib with initial supply of linen for child up to age 2 € 20.00 one-time fee;
- Laundry € 5.00 per washer or dryer.
It is possible to use the “Edonè SPA” wellness center and breakfast at an additional cost upon request and availability. These services are not guaranteed in some periods of the year.
GENERAL CONDITIONS, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival the apartments are available to you from 2 pm. In case you arrive after 18.00 please inform us in advance. On the day of departure please leave the apartment no later than 10.00 am.
In case of early departure or late arrival 100% of the booked period will be charged.
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION – DEPOSIT
The reservation is confirmed after receipt of a deposit. The deposit is 30% of the amount of the stay and must be paid within 3 working days after confirmation by email; if the transfer is not made within 3 days, we reserve the right to consider the reservation void.
SENDING DEPOSIT
The deposit can be sent by bank transfer in the name of PARADISI SRL stating as subject “deposit payment” adding the last name with which the reservation was made:

or by credit card: in this case we will send you a withdrawal authorization form to fill out, sign and return to the sender by e-mail or fax.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
Any reservation cancellation must be communicated in writing. For cancellations or changes made up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, no charge will be made. A cancellation fee of 30% of the total stay is required for cancellations or changes from 29 days before the arrival date. In case of no show, late arrival or early departure 100% of the booked stay.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by cash, Pos, Credit Card (Visa, Maestro and Mastercard).
PETS NOT ALLOWED.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENTS.
